Our available dates are booked on a first-come, first-serve basis. A signed agreement + deposit of 50% (nonrefundable) of the venue fee is required to secure your event date. 25% due 90 days prior to event  and the final 25% payment due 60 days prior to event. Paying is simple! Visit our website and head to the "Book With Us" section & Online Bill Pay will . You can also contact us directly for alternative methods. 

Yes, you can! We simply require a copy of the caterer's license and insurance.

Absolutely! Most of our couples host a welcome rehearsal dinner the first evening + wedding the second evening with select family + friends staying on property over the weekend.

Yes! You are welcome to utilize vendors of your choice to reflect your unique style. We do have recommendations if needed.

Of course! We love when couples bring in personal touches!

Yes, we do! We will set up chairs and tables. If you desire a different style of table & chairs, you're more than welcome to contract a vendor to bring it in. We also don't provide setup changes during the event.

Yes, for the safety of you and your guests we require one security officer per 50 guests.
